Help us understand
Include the Orlet version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you were trying to do and the message shown. A screenshot with your texts and personal information hidden may help. Do not send passwords, keys or confidential documents.
Import from Notes or a document
From Notes or a compatible app, share a text selection or file to Orlet. Check the preview, choose Original or Revision, then tap “Prepare in Orlet”. Open Orlet to confirm the import. The source document remains unchanged; your draft is not replaced automatically.
Sharing accepts text, UTF-8 TXT or Markdown files, RTF or PDFs with extractable text. Share one document or selection at a time, up to 10 MB and 40,000 UTF-16 units; PDFs are limited to 100 pages. PDF and RTF formatting is not imported. Scanned PDFs need OCR, which is not included. Word or Pages files and collaboration links are not imported directly: first export a supported format or share a text selection.
Inside the app, Import opens UTF-8 TXT, Markdown or an Orlet JSON export. Format and size errors are reported; text is never silently truncated.
Keep and find your work
Your draft, library, versions and profiles are stored on your device. Orlet does not sync them through iCloud. Export your work before uninstalling or to move it to another device. JSON exports contain your texts in plain text; choose a trusted location.
In Settings → Your documents, “New draft” clears both texts and their elements to preserve after confirmation; library documents and versions remain saved. If a draft or library cannot be read, contact us before deleting its files.
Orlet Pro purchases and subscriptions
Pro adds named documents, saved versions and creating or reusing profiles. Both plans include the same features: €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year in France, with no free trial. Apple’s localized price and duration are displayed in the app before confirmation. App Store publication is being prepared; this site does not process purchases.
To restore an active subscription with the Apple Account used for the purchase, open Settings → “Restore purchases”, or use that button in the Pro screen. Restoration recovers Pro access; it does not recover deleted local documents or sync them between devices. If verification fails, retry with a network connection, then contact us with the message shown.
To manage or cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Orlet. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Request refunds from Apple: request a refund. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. After Pro expires, existing documents remain readable, openable, recoverable as copies and exportable; profiles remain readable.
