Your tasks and settings

Plissé stores task titles, durations, dates, statuses and routines on your device, along with Trash, your creation draft and your preferences. Custom working hours and links to calendar events are stored locally. The widget uses storage shared with the app. You can choose whether it displays task titles in Plissé.

iCloud and backup copies

Task sync is optional. When enabled, tasks and their Trash are reconciled in your Apple account’s private CloudKit database. It uses the same iCloud account across your devices and does not share tasks with other people. Sync runs on launch and after changes, among other times. Instant updates in the background are not promised.

Separate iCloud backup copies are optional. They contain task titles and history and are not deleted automatically. Export to Files also includes titles as plain text. Choose a trusted location. External calendars, permissions, custom working hours and notification preferences are not included in these task copies.

Apple processes iCloud data under its privacy policy. The developer does not receive the contents of your private iCloud database.

Calendars and reminders

Calendar access is requested when you choose to allow it. Only selected calendars are displayed and occupy their time slots in Plissé. If you choose to create an event linked to a task, its title and time are sent to the selected calendar and its provider through iOS. The data remains subject to that provider’s rules and those of your organization, where applicable. No calendar content is sent to RevenueCat.

Plissé reminders are optional local notifications. Task titles may appear on the Lock Screen depending on your iOS settings. You can disable reminders and revoke calendar access in device settings.

Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Apple processes payments and supplies the transactions that determine Pro access. The developer does not receive your bank details. Plans, their localized prices and their renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Previously recognized access and your tasks do not depend on RevenueCat being available.

When enabled, RevenueCat helps track purchases and renewals and resolve subscription issues. It receives transaction information, products, dates, subscription status, prices, currency and storefront country when available, along with a pseudonymous technical identifier and technical information about the app and device. RevenueCat may infer the country from the IP address if the transaction country is unavailable. Automatic collection of device identifiers and optional diagnostics are disabled.

Plissé does not send task titles, appointment times, calendar content, names, email addresses or personally identifying customer attributes to RevenueCat. A RevenueCat issue does not remove access verified by Apple. Plissé includes no advertising SDK or cross-app tracking for advertising.

Limited subscription processing supports service operation, understanding renewals and resolving issues. Subscription measurement is based on the developer’s legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. Objections are reviewed individually. Measurement is not an additional condition for Pro access.

RevenueCat acts as a service provider under its data processing agreement, which describes contractual safeguards for international transfers, including to the United States. See also its privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Your tasks remain in history or Trash until you use the available deletion or restore actions. Turning off iCloud stops sync in Plissé without deleting local tasks or data already copied. Earlier copies are independent: deleting a task does not remove its title from old copies. Uninstalling the app is not enough to delete iCloud copies or exported files.

Subscription data is retained for as long as needed to track subscriptions, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. Its necessity is reviewed periodically. Automatic deletion after a fixed period is not promised. Support messages are limited to handling the request and necessary follow-up.

Deleting a RevenueCat record does not cancel an Apple subscription. Later use, restoration or purchase may recreate subscription information. Deleting existing information and stopping future processing are separate requests. The developer checks their scope before confirming completion. Apple applies its own transaction retention rules.

Your requests

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing of your subscription information by writing to the developer. You can voluntarily include the support reference shown in the app when available. It will then be associated with your message to handle your request. It is not proof of identity on its own.

Do not send your Apple password, bank card details or personal agenda contents. Requests are normally answered within one month. Any permitted extension will be explained. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
